About the series
About the TKA Series
The TKA is a fully sealed plastic cable carrier that keeps out swarf, dust and dirt. The closed construction is wear resistant and stable, which extends cable life in contaminated environments. Applications include CNC machining centres, metal and wood processing, production lines, automation and industrial machinery.

- Types
- The TKA comes in 4 types: TKA30, TKA38, TKA45, TKA55.
- Sizes
- The inner height ranges from 20.5 to 45.5 mm, the inner width from 15 to 250 mm. All types are available in fixed inner widths.
- Bending radius
- The bending radius ranges from 55 to 300 mm.
- Pitch
- The pitch is 30.5 to 55.5 mm.
- Cables
- The largest type takes cables up to 36 mm in diameter.
- Travel length
- The travel length is up to 150 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
- Open
- The links can be opened on the inside and the outside.
- Environment
- According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor use, in contaminated environments, with swarf.
