Dress packs.Complete cable package for your robot.
A dress pack protects and guides everything that goes to a robot's tool: welding current, air, cooling water, signal and data. We configure it for your robot, route the cables in and assemble it.

Robot dress packs

- Assembly
- Complete axes 1–6, upper arm axes 3–6 or base axes 1–3
- Robots
- Industrial robots and cobots
- Parts
- Hose, swivel flange, clamps, ball joint, retraction, end fastening
- Delivery
- Fully installed or separately as a replacement
A robot bends, rotates and twists its cable bundle with every movement. Without guidance the package chafes along the arm, snags in the cell and cables break at the wrist.
A dress pack solves that with three building blocks: a corrugated protective hose around the cables, holders that fix the hose per axis or let it move along, and a retraction system that pulls excess hose away when the robot moves in.
Which build-up suits depends on the robot, the process and what has to go to the tool. We select the parts for your robot and supply the package complete or as individual replacements.

How it sits on the robot
From the base to the tool: every component has its own task. Click through for explanations and versions.
- 1Protective hoseCorrugated hose for the cables and hoses to the tool. Absorbs abrasion, kinking and spatter.
- 2Rotary flange on axis 1Holder on a rotating flange, so the package rotates 360° with the base of the robot.
- 3Clamp on axis 3Clamp with clamping jaws that guide, hold or let the hose slide through on the upper arm.
- 4Retraction systemA spring that pulls excess hose back when the robot moves in, so no loop is left hanging.
- 5Ball jointLet the hose move along at an angle at the wrist, where axes 4 and 5 rotate.
- 6Mounting on axis 6End fixing at the tool. This is where the hose arrives at the welding torch, gripper or spray head.

Dress packs for industrial robots and cobots from these brands, among others. Is your robot not listed? Ask us and we will see what is possible.
Why
What makes robot dress packs strong
- 01Fewer cable breaks
- The package follows the robot in a fixed, generous bend, with no kinks at the wrist.
- 02No loops in the cell
- The retraction system pulls excess hose out of the way when the robot reaches in.
- 03Maintenance per component
- Hose, clamps and wear parts you replace separately, without renewing the whole pack.
- 04One point of contact
- Parts, cables, entries and installation from the same robot division.

How to choose
What to look out for when choosing
Not sure? Send us your details and we'll calculate it for you free of charge.
01Robot and model
Brand, model and reach determine the class and the size of the hose.
02What goes to the tool
The number and diameter of cables and hoses determine the inner dimension.
03Assembly
Complete over axes 1–6, only the upper arm or only the base.
04Process and environment
Welding, heat or static charge determine the material and additional protection.
