Assembly

How it works

Useful if cables are already connected, or if you want to add a cable later. All you need is a small pair of pliers.

  1. Open the U-profile of the sleeve

    01

    Wrap around the bundle

    Place the flat sleeve around your cables and pull the closure open slightly.

  2. Insert arrow profile between the gripper jaws

    Apply the pliers

    Place the Z pliers on the closure, with both sides between the jaws.

  3. Closing the sleeving with the Z-pliers

    03

    Zip closed

    Pull the pliers along the bundle. The sleeve closes like a zip along its entire length.

Detailed installation instructions
  1. 01

    Take the Z-pliers in your right hand.

  2. 02

    Place the sleeving around the cables. The overlap is on the left, the arrow profile on top.

  3. 03

    Pull the U-profile open slightly.

  4. 04

    Hold the Z-pliers loosely and place them about 20 mm above the U-profile.

  5. 05

    Insert the arrow side between the jaws of the pliers, in the direction of the arrow on the pliers, into the U-profile.

  6. 06

    Hold the sleeving at the closure and zip the rest closed.

You press the M closure shut with the M slider or with your fingers, the G closure (hook-and-loop) by hand.
