Ja, in overleg. Bij ombouw van bestaande installaties plannen we de montage bij voorkeur tijdens een geplande stop.

Leveren jullie de rups compleet met kabels?

Ja. We confectioneren kabels en slangen op lengte, leggen ze in de juiste verdeling in en testen de rups voor verzending.

Wat als wij zelf willen monteren?

Prima. Je krijgt de rups montageklaar met een beknopte instructie, en we lopen de montage desgewenst samen met je monteurs door.

Monteren jullie ook buiten Nederland?

In Nederland en België standaard; daarbuiten in overleg.

Most problems with cable carriers arise during installation. A crooked driver, cables that are not stress-free or missing strain relief cost months of service life. We prevent that: by delivering ready to install, or by doing it ourselves.

We build the carrier to length, with the right distribution, end connectors and strain relief, ready to fit in one go.

Complete with cables
If desired, we deliver the carrier filled: cables and hoses cut to length, assembled, labelled and tested.

Assembly on site
Our fitters install the carrier and guide channel, align the fixed point and driver, and check the run over the full stroke.

Conversion of existing machines
We replace trailing cables or worn carriers, preferably during a planned stop, so production keeps running.

Instruction for your fitters
Fitting it yourself? We go through the assembly together and supply brief assembly instructions per project.

Cable management for 8 metres of expansion on the Hanzebrug near Hattem

The Hanzebrug on the Hanzelijn can expand or contract by up to 8 metres. We built two cable carriers on three height levels on site around the cables already pulled, with our own suspension brackets.
