Is de M Series uit voorraad leverbaar?

Veelgevraagde types en lengtes van de M Series hebben we op voorraad in Ruurlo. Andere uitvoeringen assembleren we op maat. Geef het type en de lengte door, dan krijg je de levertijd.

Kan ik losse onderdelen voor de M Series bestellen?

Ja, schakels, stegen, eindbevestigingen en tussenschotten vraag je aan op de pagina Onderdelen en reparatie: op artikelnummer, of door de M Series en het onderdeel te kiezen. We controleren per type wat leverbaar is.

Welk type van de M Series past bij mijn toepassing?

Dat hangt af van de dikste kabel (binnenhoogte), de breedte van het pakket, de buigradius en de rijweg. Binnen deze serie loopt de binnenhoogte van 19 tot 87 mm. In de kabelrups-configurator reken je het in een paar minuten uit.

Welke buigradii zijn er?

Afhankelijk van het type tussen 37 en 500 mm. Kies altijd een radius die minstens zo groot is als de minimale buigradius van de gevoeligste kabel in het pakket.

Is de M Series openklapbaar?

Ja, afhankelijk van het type: niet openklapbaar, binnenkant openklapbaar, buitenkant openklapbaar. Zo kun je kabels ook na de montage nog inleggen of vervangen.

Wat is de maximale rijweg?

Tot 350 meter, afhankelijk van het type, het vulgewicht en of de rups vrijdragend of glijdend wordt opgesteld.

Kan ik de kabelrups compleet met kabels krijgen?

Ja. We leveren de rups montageklaar met kabels en slangen op lengte, getest en met de juiste trekontlasting. Dat scheelt montagetijd en voorkomt fouten.

Zijn CAD-bestanden beschikbaar?

Ja, via de knop CAD-bestanden bovenaan de pagina download je 3D-modellen (STEP) van alle types in deze serie.

About the M Series

The M series is the variable plastic cable carrier from the Vario Line, with many accessories and stay variants. Thanks to the modular design, you adapt the carrier to your application and it stays flexible to install and maintain. The M series is used in automation, machine building, robotics, production lines and conveying technology.

Types: The M comes in 6 types: M0320, M0475, M0650, M0950, M1250, M1300.
Sizes: The inner height ranges from 19 to 98 mm, the inner width from 24 to 800 mm. You choose the inner width per type within that range.
Bending radius: The bending radius ranges from 37 to 500 mm.
Pitch: The pitch is 32 to 130 mm.
Cables: The largest type takes cables up to 75 mm in diameter.
Travel length: The travel length is up to 350 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
Open: Depending on the type, the links can be opened on the inside and outside, or cannot be opened.
Environment: According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in clean and contaminated environments, for heavy duty.
