About the QUANTUM® Series
The QUANTUM® is a lightweight, extremely quiet plastic cable carrier from the Vario Line with very low vibration. It is made for high speeds and accelerations. You use it in dynamic applications in automation, electronics production, high-speed machines, robotics and precision engineering.

Widely used in
- Types
- The QUANTUM® comes in 4 types: Q040, Q060, Q080, Q100.
- Sizes
- The inner height ranges from 28 to 72 mm, the inner width from 28 to 600 mm. You choose the inner width per type within that range.
- Bending radius
- The bending radius ranges from 60 to 600 mm.
- Pitch
- The pitch is 15 to 30 mm.
- Cables
- The largest type takes cables up to 57 mm in diameter.
- Travel length
- The travel length is up to 95 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
- Open
- Depending on the type, the links can be opened on the inside and outside, or cannot be opened.
- Environment
- According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor use, in clean environments.
