Is de TKHP Series uit voorraad leverbaar?

Veelgevraagde types en lengtes van de TKHP Series hebben we op voorraad in Ruurlo. Andere uitvoeringen assembleren we op maat. Geef het type en de lengte door, dan krijg je de levertijd.

Kan ik losse onderdelen voor de TKHP Series bestellen?

Ja, schakels, stegen, eindbevestigingen en tussenschotten vraag je aan op de pagina Onderdelen en reparatie: op artikelnummer, of door de TKHP Series en het onderdeel te kiezen. We controleren per type wat leverbaar is.

Welk type van de TKHP Series past bij mijn toepassing?

Dat hangt af van de dikste kabel (binnenhoogte), de breedte van het pakket, de buigradius en de rijweg. Binnen deze serie loopt de binnenhoogte van 58 tot 92 mm. In de kabelrups-configurator reken je het in een paar minuten uit.

Welke buigradii zijn er?

Afhankelijk van het type tussen 240 en 500 mm. Kies altijd een radius die minstens zo groot is als de minimale buigradius van de gevoeligste kabel in het pakket.

Is de TKHP Series openklapbaar?

Nee, de schakels van deze serie zijn niet openklapbaar. Kabels worden vóór de montage ingelegd; wij leveren de rups desgewenst compleet gevuld.

Wat is de maximale rijweg?

Tot 1500 meter, afhankelijk van het type, het vulgewicht en of de rups vrijdragend of glijdend wordt opgesteld.

Kan ik de kabelrups compleet met kabels krijgen?

Ja. We leveren de rups montageklaar met kabels en slangen op lengte, getest en met de juiste trekontlasting. Dat scheelt montagetijd en voorkomt fouten.

Zijn CAD-bestanden beschikbaar?

About the TKHP Series

The TKHP is the high-performance plastic cable carrier from the Vario Line for long travel lengths and heavy cable and hose loads. It has very high stability and is built for high load-bearing and tensile loads. Applications include port technology, crane and hoisting systems, material handling, heavy machine building and automation over long distances.

Types: The TKHP comes in 2 types: TKHP85-R, TKHP90-R.
Sizes: The inner height ranges from 58 to 92 mm, the inner width from 100 to 800 mm. You choose the inner width per type within that range.
Bending radius: The bending radius ranges from 240 to 500 mm.
Pitch: The pitch is 85 to 90 mm.
Cables: The largest type takes cables up to 73 mm in diameter.
Travel length: The travel length is up to 1,500 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
Open: The links cannot be opened; the cables are inserted before installation.
Environment: According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in clean and contaminated environments, for heavy duty, in marine environments, with swarf.
